EULA LEE'S PERFECT T - BONE 
4 T-bone steaks
1/3 c. flour
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water

Rub steaks with seasoning. Heat shortening in large skillet and brown meat on both sides. Remove meat from skillet and pour out most of the drippings. Put onions in skillet and stir until tender. Add 2 heaping forks or 1/3 cup of flour, stir until brown. Add water, cover and simmer until meat is tender.
