CURRIED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can peach halves
1 (20 oz.) can pear halves
2 (13 1/2 oz.) can cans pineapple tidbits
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
1/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Drain fruit. Lay fruit hollow side up in a glass baking dish. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over fruit. Cover with saran wrap and marinate at room temperature 2-4 hours. Note: Can be made 1-2 days in advance if refrigerated. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm. If reheating bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Excellent with baked ham and chicken.
