EASY BAKED FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, reserve 1/4 c. syrup
3/4 c. granola with raisins & dates, crush slightly
1 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. butter
Heavy cream

In greased 1 quart round casserole layer 1/2 the peaches, 2 tablespoons syrup, 2 tablespoons granola and 1/2 cup applesauce. Repeat layering ending with granola. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with heavy cream.
