This recipe is easy and healthy! PER SERVING: 1 (6 oz.) peach yogurt (I use light) 3 to 5 frozen peach slices (must be frozen) 2 to 4 strawberries (frozen or fresh) 1/3 cup water OTHER THINGS NEEDED: blender cup straw (optional) Blend the yogurt, 1/2 of the peach slices and 1/2 of the strawberries on medium-high power for approximately 30 to 60 seconds, or until mostly blended. Add most of the water and the remaining fruit and blend on low for 20 seconds, medium for 30 seconds, and high for 30 seconds.
