SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, Jimmy Dean or Whole Hog, regular seasoning
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. washed rice, uncooked Minute rice may be used
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of basil leaves

Brown sausage, add celery, onion and rice. Mix soups and remaining ingredients. Add to meat mixture. Bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven.
