SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can sauerkraut, cut with scissors
1 c. celery, cut
1 green pepper, cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. onions, cut
1 sm. can pimento, cut
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix and put ingredients in a covered container. Refrigerate. Will keep for weeks.
