HAM SALAD (Wedding Salad) (60-90
servings)
 
2 1/2 lbs. spiral spaghetti
3 doz. eggs, hard boiled and cut up
2 lb. pkg. frozen peas, thawed or 3 (#303) cans peas, drained
1 jar pimento (cut up)
4 cans pineapple tidbits
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 celery, chopped fine
5 lbs. ham, diced sm.

Cook spaghetti, eggs; cool. Drain pineapple. Put onions through blender. Thaw the peas. Combine all cool ingredients. Cover with dressing of the following combined: 1 tbsp. mustard 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt Pepper to taste
