HAM SALAD 
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. celery slices
1/2 c. carrot slices
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1 (11 oz.) drained mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cubed ham
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all the ingredients together. Put into a plastic pail with cover and refrigerate. Better if made the night before and when serving just put lettuce leaves in a glass bowl and put salad on that.
