SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 c. butter
12 oz. herb seasoned dressing
3 c. sliced or diced, cooked squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Melt butter and toss with herb seasoned dressing mix. Mix half of dressing mix with squash, soup, sour cream, onions, carrots and pepper. Turn mixture into lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining dressing over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
