RED RASPBERRY BARS 
1 box butter plus cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg

Mix first 4 ingredients. Press in 9"x13" greased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread 12 ounces raspberry jam over baked cake. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool then mix together 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 1/2 teaspoons hot water and a little almond extract and drizzle over bars.
