WATERMELON PICKLES 
10 lb. watermelon, peeled
7 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. oil of cloves

Peel melon. Cook until done. Drain overnight. In the morning make syrup; pour over pickles. On the second morning heat all together and can.
