BAKED "FRIES" 
2 large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet with nonstick coating. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin wedges. Place in a plastic bag. Spray wedges with nonstick coating. Combine cheese, paprika and pepper. Add to bag; close bag and shake to coat potatoes with seasonings. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.

Bake in 425°F oven for 30 minutes or until crisp and fork-tender, turning once. Season with salt.

Makes 4 servings. Contains 155 cal., 3 g total fat (1 g saturated fat).
