PECHUGIAS A LA PEDRITA 
4 chicken breasts either boneless or with bone, or tenders
1/3 to 1/2 cup white wine
1/2 to 1 stick butter
small amount flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter
rice

This recipe can be used for a large gathering or a small family. Adjust butter and chicken breasts accordingly.

Melt a stick butter in a microwaveable dish.

Sprinkle a little flour on 4 breasts after you have seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place in oven dish. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup white wine (any white wine will do).

Cover dish and bake at 325°F for one hour. Uncover and brown chicken breasts.

Serve over rice.
