EASY TRUFFLES 
3 (12 oz.) pkg. real semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. real butter
3 c. unwhipped (heavy) whipping cream
3 pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 paraffin wax

Mix together the first 3 ingredients well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze. Melt the chocolate chips and wax. Combine, being careful not to get even a drop of water in mixture. Dip balls into mixture. Dry on wax paper.

Yields 60 to 70.
