CAVIAR MOUSSE 
Soak 1 tablespoon gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water. Add this to 1/2 cup boiling water to dissolve.

Add:

1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire

In another bowl mix:

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pt. sour cream

Pour gelatin liquid into this and blend.

Add:

1 pinch dry mustard
4 1/2 oz. jar caviar

Mix gently but thoroughly, and pour in 2 molds (8 ounce). Chill at least 6 hours. This may be frozen. Slice and serve with crackers.

Note: I sometimes add more caviar - it depends on the state of the budget!
