1/2 lb. hot sausage 1/2 lb. mild sausage 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 med. head cabbage, chopped 1 qt. tomatoes (1 lg. can) Salt & pepper Brown sausage, bell pepper and onion in skillet. Pour off some of the grease. Partially cook cabbage in a quart of water. Add tomatoes and sausage mixture; add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour. |
