SUMMER GARDENS QUICHE 
1 pie crust
3 eggs
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
pinch of pepper
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken (Swanson)
3/4 cup shredded cheese, divided
1 fresh garlic clove, pressed
1 fresh medium ripe tomato, diced
1 fresh medium green bell pepper, diced
1 fresh small broccoli crown, chopped
1 fresh small onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté butter, garlic, onion, green pepper and broccoli. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes and chicken, set aside.

In a separate bowl combine eggs, dairy sour cream, milk, pepper and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Mix until blended.

Note: Make sure the pan ingredients are not piping hot.

Pour the pan ingredients into the bowl ingredients, stir then pour into pie shell.

Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese and bake at 350°F for at least 35 minutes.
