EASY CHERRY CRUNCH | |
2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2/3 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg 1/3 c. shortening 1 can cherry pie filling Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except pie filling. Pat 2/3 of the dough in greased pan (9 x 9 x 2 inch). Spread pie filling over dough in pan. Crumble remaining dough over pie filling. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve warm. |
