GARY'S BEST HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
8 oz. mayonnaise (I use Best Foods)
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
juice of 1 lemon

In a saucepan, heat mayonnaise and sour cream slowly, then add butter. Heat slowly and stir frequently until completely mixed. Add lemon juice.

Note: Do not let this mixture separate!
