RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. melted butter
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal

Mix all ingredients together. Fill 2-inch muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. NOTE: Dough will keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Great to have on hand for house guests.
