POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Stir together flour, poppy seeds, salt and baking soda. In large bowl cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg one at a time. Beat in yogurt, vanilla and orange extract and peel. Stir in flour mixture until moistened thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Serve warm.
