PORK AND APPLES WITH STUFFING 
3 lbs. pork chops
2 (20 oz.) cans pie slice apples, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground sage
2 c. beef broth

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet on both sides. Lay pork chops in oblong baking dish. Combine apples and brown sugar. Spoon over pork chops.

Combine stuffing mix, celery, melted butter, onion, salt and sage. Mix with beef broth until moistened. Press stuffing into 1/2 cup measure, unmold a stuffing and place on each pork chop. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
