1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
Sm. can spinach, drained very well
1 chopped onion
1 c. Jack cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese

LIQUID MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Spray large pie pan with Pam. Layer fried and crumbled bacon, spinach, onion and cheeses. Prepare liquid mixture in a separate bowl by beating just until mixed well. Pour liquid mixture over layered ingredients and bake at 400 degrees approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool 5 minutes until cutting (pie style).
