QUICK CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (24 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 (2.8 oz.) cans French fried onions Preheat oven to 350. Cook beef in pan with onions. Drain, then put beef and onions in a large bowl. Add potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 dish and bake 30-45 minutes. Top with French fried onions and cook 15 minutes more. |
