BLUEBERRY OR MINCEMEAT PIE
VARIATION
 
8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 lg. egg
a bit of lemon zest

In small mixing bowl blend all the above, set aside. Fill pie shell approximately 3/4 full, drop by spoonfuls bowl mixture. Take a butter knife and cut into the filling swirling cream mixture into pie filling.

Bake as usual.
