TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 cube butter
Salt and pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes until almost done. Cut in 1/2 and scoop out inside. In saucepan heat milk and butter. Add to scooped out potato. Add onions, sour cream and cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mound back in skins. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
