WHIPPED CREAM ICING 
3 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
Green food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. pistachio nutmeats, chopped
Red food coloring
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Yellow food coloring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. cocoa, sifted

Whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Divide into four parts. Put cake together with fillings and top with frosting. Chill until serving time.

BOTTOM FILLING:

1/4 of whipped cream add 4 to 6 drops green food coloring, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts.

SECOND FILLING:

1/4 of whipped cream add 4 to 6 drops red food color and cherries.

THIRD FILLING:

1/4 whipped cream add 4 to 6 drops yellow food color, 1 teaspoon rum flavoring and 1/4 cup pecans.

TOPPING:

To remaining whip cream add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoon sifted cocoa. Frost top and sides of cake. Fantastic!
