STACK-A-BISCUIT STROGANOFF 
Stroganoff:

1 lb. ground beef
1- 3 1/2 oz. can french fried onions or 1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1- 10 oz. can biscuits

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef, drain. Mix into 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole. Ground beef, mushrooms and onions. In medium saucepan, heat mushroom soup until bubbly, stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream. Pour over meat mixture.

Cut biscuits into halves. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Combine topping, pour over biscuits.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

Topping:

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine topping, pour over biscuits.
