2 lbs. sausage, browned and drained
8 slices of bread, trimmed
3/4 lb. grated Colby cheese

Mix together:

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Line bottom of pan with bread slices. Layer cooked sausage and then layer cheese. Pour egg mix over all. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Dot with 2 tablespoon butter and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
