TASTY HASTY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2/3 c. water
3/4 c. broiled, sliced mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
Buttered noodles

Cut meat diagonally into thin strips. Brown meat quickly; add water and soup mix and cook until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and liquid and heat to boiling point. Blend in sour cream and flour and cook until mixture thickens. Serve over hot cooked buttered noodles.
