1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. corn syrup
2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
2 c. salted peanuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peanut butter chips

Combine cake mix, butter, and egg until crumbly. Pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes or just until marshmallows begin to puff. Cool.

In large saucepan heat corn syrup, butter. Add vanilla and chips, melt until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in cereal and peanuts. Spoon warm topping over marshmallows. Chill.
