SALTED PEANUT CHEWS 
BASE:

1 yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. mini marshmallows

TOPPING:

2/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. rice cereal
2 c. salted peanuts
12 oz. Reese peanut butter chips

Combine base ingredients except marshmallows. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 2 minutes. Cool.

Heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips. Stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows. Spread to cover and cool.
