TUNA BURGERS 
1 can tuna fish, drained
3/4 c. crumbled crackers (about 20)
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 egg
Tartar sauce
Hamburger buns
2 sm. tomatoes
Some lettuce

Drain tuna in bowl, mix with cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and 1/3 cup tartar sauce. Make into patties (will be gooey). Brown in hot skillet of oil. Cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side. Put on hamburger buns with tartar sauce, lettuce and tomato.
