DEEP DISH PIZZA 
DOUGH:

3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve yeast in hot tap water, 120 to 130 degrees. Add flour, oil, salt and sugar. Mix together and knead 50 times. Place in bowl, cover with a clean towel and let rise 40 minutes. Punch down dough. Spread in greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Spread evenly over bottom and pinch up sides of pan. Bake at 425 degrees until crust just begins to turn golden brown.

15 oz. bottled spaghetti sauce
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions, green peppers, etc.)

Spread sauce in partially baked crust. (I usually jazz up bottled sauce with additional oregano, garlic and basil.) Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Add toppings of your choice. Continue baking until cheese is melted and begins to bubble.
