DEEP DISH PIZZA 
PIZZA DOUGH:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rise about 5 minutes.

PIZZA:

1 lb. hamburger
Pizza Dough (above)
1 med. jar spaghetti sauce
1 med. green or red pepper, cut into strips
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella shredded cheese

Cook and drain hamburger. Prepare Pizza Dough. Press dough on bottom and halfway up sides of greased oblong baking dish, 13"x9"x2". Sprinkle hamburger over dough. Spoon sauce onto hamburger; top with pepper, onion, mushrooms and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese is light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
