3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan or jelly roll pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Pat dough in bottom and up sides of pan using well floured hands. Cook and stir hamburger, onion, bouillon and garlic until beef is browned and bouillon is dissolved.

Mix tomato sauce and oregano. Spread evenly over dough. Spoon beef mixture over sauce. Top with mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
