TASTY CORN FRITTERS 
3 ears corn
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Grate corn on vegetable shredded or just cut off ear. Mix yolks of eggs. Add salt and pepper. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Beat egg whites very stiff and add to corn. Mix. Drop small amount of batter on greased griddle. Turn to brown other side. These are not tough and will melt in your mouth.
