FRUIT CASSEROLE 
2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. sliced peaches, drained
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 c. fruit juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca

Arrange fruit in baking dish; mix together fruit juice, brown sugar and tapioca. Pour over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 8.
