BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground chuck, sauteed 1/2 c. raw rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water 1 c. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 c. mushrooms, sliced Saute beef and remove all fat. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes covered. Cook 30 minutes uncovered. Then sprinkle one large can of Chinese noodles on top and cook for 15 minutes more. Total cooking time is 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
