TERIYAKI BEEF | |
Round steak, thinly sliced against grain 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can mushrooms (fresh mushrooms may be sauteed with onions) 1/2 c. bottled Teriyaki marinade Heat 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add chopped onion and brown lightly. Add steak slices, brown gently. Add mushrooms and marinade. Mix 2 tablespoons water to 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch. Bring meat mixture quickly to a boil and stir in cornstarch. Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes. |
