BEEF TERIYAKI 
1/2 lb. beef tenderloin

SAUCE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ginger, cut finely

Marinate beef in sauce overnight in refrigerator. Turn occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until meat is done. Baste with sauce occasionally. May also be broiled over charcoal.
