BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh, sauteed mushrooms
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. red wine
Dash garlic powder
1/ tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Dust steak strips with flour. Brown in 1/4 cup butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 1 hour until tender. Fold in gently 1 cup sour cream. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
