BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lb. chuck roast, cut into 1" cubes 6 c. burgundy wine 1 med. onion, cubed & sauteed 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. thyme 1 bay leaf 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. sugar Marinate beef cubes in wine 24 to 36 hours in refrigerator. Brown beef a few pieces at a time. Add wine that was used to marinate beef back to browned beef. Add sauteed onion and remaining ingredients. Cook, covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
