SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place hash browns in large baking dish. Mix together rest of ingredients. Pour this mixture over hash browns and top with 2 cups shredded American cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
