NORTH CAROLINA BARBECUE | |
1 pork loin roast SAUCE: 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. ginger ale 1 tbsp. chopped hot pepper Dash of salt Dash of pepper Mix all ingredients. Cook pork loin roast until done. Shred meat. Pour sauce over meat, mixing thoroughly. Simmer in slow cooker for 30 minutes. |
