BAKED PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
6 slices bread, cubed

Beat eggs. Cream butter with sugar. Add to bowl the eggs, butter, sugar, pineapple, and cubed bread (trim crust from bread). Pour into greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
