BAKED PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
3/4 stick butter
1 c. sugar
5 slices bread, cubed
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (1 lb.) crushed pineapple (undrained) or tidbits

Cream sugar and butter, add beaten eggs and beat well. Add pineapple, fold in bread cubes.

Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, or deep pie plate, uncovered, 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
