FETTUCCINE (Seafood) 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
16 oz. fettucini noodles
1/4 lb. butter
8 oz. half and half milk
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) can jalapeno relish
1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan

Boil noodles. Fry seasoning in butter. Add half and half, jalapeno relish. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add seafood. Add cheese. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until soft. Fold in noodles until mixed completely.

Pan needs to be sprayed with butter. Add Parmesan cheese in bottom of pan, then add Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
