CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nabisco nilla wafers
1 can pie filling

Place wafers in bottom foil cups. Soften cream cheese, whip and add other ingredients. Spoon halfway over cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling.
