RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs

TOPPING:

1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Mix topping ingredients until it crumbles. Mix together the 4 ingredients - rhubarb, sugar, flour and eggs well and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle above topping over all and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake approximately 45 minutes longer.
